Can you help i seem to have been locked out of my computer.

Hi i cannot get into my system preferences to make changes on my computer. My date and time is incorrect and it says that I am in the US, while i am in new Zealand. I think i might have virus or someone has control of my computer.😟 Please help. I am not very techy Thank you very much.
